Note that even though Balance Druids, Shadow Priests, and Elemental Shamans
can benefit from items with Spirit, loot masters will often give priority to
healers for these items. Otherwise, it would be unfair, as healers will not roll
on items with Hit Rating (since they cannot benefit from them).
* Holy Paladins and Restoration Shamans can also equip healing Shields.
Therefore, they should never be given priority on an Off-Hand Frill,
over Balance/Restoration Druids, Mages, Discipline/Holy Priest, Elemental
Shamans, and Warlocks.
